Hi, it's tuesday (i think, i've lost track a bit), i've popped home quickly to check the house is ok. Docs have been round this morning and all is looking good, Brad has kept fluid down for over 24 hrs now and a little bit of food, the GCSF should be kicking in soon and the white cell count should respond and increase to help fight the infection. He's looking much better with a little more colour today and has attached himself to the PSP so things must be returning to normal, grunting has also returned - also a good sign of normality for Brad.
His hair unfortunately has also started to come out which is really annoying for him, he woke up this morning to find a layer of fur in his bed, cos it's coming out of everywhere ooh err!!!! (Brad's answer was 'at least it'll be easier to keep my bum clean - typical :-)!!!!!
He's asked me to bring the clippers up to the hospital so that it can all come off instead of falling into his face all the time, so if anyone decided to come visit - you have been warned he'll look quite a bit different!!

Hello Brad,Glad to hear your feeling a little better today,mum was just of to get the clippers to cut your hair when she called because its started to fall in your face.Never mind sweetie,it will all come back and better.Glad to hear also you are eating as well,and keeping it down.So it looks as if all those druggs you have been on are kicking in."EXEELENT"as my Bruvv in Canada would say.Mum says you have been grummpy good for you,and youve been back on the psp,Jackie was right about getting that wasn't she,because it can be quiet boreing in hospital.Lets hope it wont be long before your back home,i expect your in need of a change of scenery.Will call later to see how my number one Grandson is,till then thinking of you as always,all my love NanxxxxxPS Jackie and family send there love to you toxxxxx
Wednesday,Best news iv'e heard all week,your eating and no more sickness.Whats this I hear,two bowls of cereal,soup,ham roll,cheese roll,wow you are doing great.And the blood count is much better to.And youv'e had a fourpenny all off.Better than haveing it all falling in your face.I'm told also you have a special guest staying tonight,our Rich.Thats good,you will be able to compare bald heads(only jossing)hopefully you may be able to get home at the weekend because your doing so well./Thinking of you as always,All my love Nan xxxxxxxxx
