Hello everyone, everything is looking good for getting Bradley home for the end of the week, as long as none of us are snowed in that is!!!!
His temp has come right down now and he's had altogether 4 units of blood and some platelets, that should be enough to perk anyone up!!
I think that they would like to see him eating something before he leaves, and he is trying small things a little bit at a time, he'll soon get his appetite back i'm sure. He's back to his usual cheeky and argumentative self, refusing to take the vile medicine for his throat etc, he says it makes him puke!! He promises to take it when it's handed out by the nurse then says ''i'm not taking that S**T''.
I'll let you all know when he's home, although it wont be for long, he's back in again on Thursday for round 5, long enough to watch England again on Saturday - go Johnny!!

Hi Brad,Loveley to see you again today,Rich managed to tempt you with an Anguss Beef burger chips and onion rings that he got from the great resturant downstairs,we were pleased to see you woof that down o k.which is always a good sign with you,when you start eating again.Pooh what a a pong that bloke made in the next bed eh!nan to the rescue,got the nurse to sort it out,and she came back with that loveley smelly and a fan,your looking much better kid,and im sure they will let you home by friday/saterday.Rich and I got back in less than an hour,they were gritting the roads,so are expecting some ice by the looks of it.See you at uclh next week,oh ... and i will be watching out for you and Rich playing tricks on your old nan,very funny,giving me an electric shock with a pen....I fell for that one didn't I?Still it made you both howl with laughter,so i dont mind.Love you to bits,Bye for now Love Nan xxxxxxxxx
